Pro tier subscribers can access, download, and delete their submission history. All users can request complete data deletion.

Transformed text is generated by AI. We do not guarantee the output will be free from errors, appropriate for all contexts, or consistent across transformations. Review and edit output before use.

7. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed recurring. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TEXT STYLE TRANSFER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vernacular Cafe from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
