2. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of the original text you submit to our service ("Input Content"). You also retain ownership of any content you create using the transformed output ("Output Content").

2.2 License Grant

By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your Input Content to provide the transformation service
• Store your submissions for service improvement and history features
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement

3.1 Copyright Notice

Transforming text through our service does not alter the underlying copyright status of the original work. If the Input Content is copyrighted, the copyright holder retains their rights. The transformed Output Content may be considered a derivative work under copyright law.

Our service processes text - it does not grant, transfer, or create new copyrights. Users must ensure they have appropriate rights to any content they submit and use.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our service to:

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5.1 What We Collect

• Usage data (styles used, timestamps, word counts)
• Technical data (IP addresses for security purposes)

5.2 Data Retention

• Active accounts: Submissions stored for up to 2 years
• Pro tier users: Can view and delete their submission history at any time
• Account deletion: All associated data deleted within 30 days of request

5.3 Your Rights

Pro tier subscribers can access, download, and delete their submission history through the History page. All users can request complete data deletion by contacting support.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You are responsible for reviewing and editing the output before using it for any purpose.

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

7.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7.3 Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions until the next billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TEXT STYLE TRANSFER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Text Style Transfer and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the service

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
